Data deletion

1. Remove the app's access
In the Threads app, open Settings → Account → Website permissions, find our app under Active and choose Remove. The app can no longer read or publish anything on your account from that moment.
2. Ask us to delete your data
Email hello@ervero.com with the subject "Data deletion request" and your Threads username. We will delete all data associated with your account within 30 days and confirm by email. This includes data from a connected account and any of your public posts we collected for research.
Removing access in step 1 also triggers deletion: data of a disconnected account is deleted within 30 days even if you do not write to us.
